Simon is a trained fitter/ welder and animal lover with a passion and keen eye for detail and perfection. He was previously working at Angelica Organic Farm, a small-scale market farm(mixed veg, herbs and garlic), with full organic certification. He also worked at Wombat Forest Organics, run by a sixth-generation farmer, based near Daylesford in Victoria.
